Keep claims and sources together

• Use authoritative UK sources wherever possible.
• Name every source and the date it was accessed.
• Distinguish a sourced statement from personal experience.
• Avoid diagnostic language and unsupported promises.
• Update a guide when source guidance or the practical recommendation changes.

Gate sensitive guidance

Exercise programmes, symptom-led advice and content where an error could create a meaningful health risk use the clinical-review-required status. They cannot be published without a named reviewer, reviewed date and next-review date.
